Enjoy a 12-oz bag of our delicious custom-made coffee from local roastery Rising Star, the “Get Off The Counter” blend! We use this medium roast for all of the pawfee and espurresso drinks at affoGATO Cat Cafe.
This blend is sourced from Central and South America, and has gentle notes of white peach, jasmine, and allspice. It pairs particularly well with vanilla ice cream (for our namesake affogato), but is a crowd-pleaser in general—literally, a crowd of our most coffee-loving guests voted to help create this signature roast! This makes it a safe but delicious choice for most drink types and brew methods, like coffee, espresso, cold brew, and more.
To Grind, or Not to Grind?
We recommend ordering whole bean unless you don’t have a grinder at home, or if you’re ordering as a gift and are not sure how the recipient brews. If they use a regular coffee machine or refillable Keurig, they probably need it pre-ground by us. If your recipient uses “fancier” methods like an espresso machine or pour over, they probably prefer to grind at home! For this reason, we default to a standard coffee grind if the ground coffee option is selected. Please put it in the order notes if you want a different custom grind! (Note your brew method and we will grind it appropriately)
