This grizzled tomcat was found outside and brought to the shelter due to his friendly and attention seeking nature. If you know the stereotypes of orange cats, our Norman is quite the orange boi! He loves affection and food, and doesn’t always know how to pick up on social cues. While Norman absolutely can’t get enough petting, he’s still skittish of scary noises from remembering his days out on the streets, so sometimes you have to go to him (or shake the treat box).
